Privacy policy

When you request a sample or join our list, we collect your email address, what you sell, and your county. If you choose to, you can also tell us your name, company name, how many prospects you contact each week, and how you usually reach new businesses.

When you submit a form we record the page you came from, any advertising campaign tags in the link you used, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to prevent spam. We do not store your actual IP address. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies to track you across websites.

To send you the sample you asked for, to send occasional product updates, to understand which counties and industries people are interested in, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We use service providers to run the site and store data, including our website host and our database provider. They process data only to provide those services to us.

We keep your information while you’re on our list or a customer, and delete it within 30 days of your request.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete your information, email us at hello@openingweekly.com.

The business information in our lists comes from public records published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Public pages on this site hide business names and contact details. If you are a business owner and believe a record about your business is wrong, or you want it removed from our lists, email hello@openingweekly.com and we will review your request.

This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
